This website is operated by Nila Parmar Designs. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nila Parmar Designs.

2. Products

We take every care to ensure that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. As many of our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, texture or pattern may occur. These variations are part of the character and uniqueness of handmade products and should not be considered defects.

We reserve the right to amend product descriptions, pricing and availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

Shipping charges are calculated separately and will be displayed during checkout before your order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors have occurred or fraudulent activity is suspected. Should this happen, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

We accept payment using the methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

All online payments are processed securely through our authorised payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information regarding delivery times, shipping charges and international deliveries.

Whilst we aim to meet estimated delivery times, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, photography, artwork, illustrations, graphics, logos, text and branding, is the property of Nila Parmar Designs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
